Based in North Norfolk in the UK, I started painting with watercolour and gouache in 2018. Inspired by the compilations of vintage natural history book plates and illustrations, I enjoy mixing curiosities and natural elements with a modern perspective. I’m captivated by the vibrant colours, striking patterns and symmetry found in nature, and particularly drawn to entomology.

We are so lucky to have such a huge number of species and while populations are in decline, I hope my art encourages others to appreciate and admire the intricacies of our natural world.
